Database from the Cochrane Collaboration whose reviews are published originally in English in the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews. The Iberoamerican Cochrane Center translates the content to Spanish and publishes in that language. Its specialization is evidence-based medicine, primarily including systematic reviews of controlled clinical trials.
It also includes references from over 1,300,000 clinical trials, clinical answers, articles and the “Cochrane Plain Language” summaries. It uses the Medline Complete MeSH terms to index the content. It is divided into three primary databases that can be consulted independently: Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews (CDSR), The Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL) and Cochrane Clinical Answers.

Access is restricted to connections made from the Spanish territory.
